How does Gamer’s Gambit & Dragon’s Den protect customer information?
Dragon's Den and Gamer's Gambit sells its products online via gamersgambit.com and powered by Crystal Commerce. Our fast one-page checkout is fully PCI compliant and has been verified and secured by RapidSSL CA. We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. We do not collect or store entire credit card numbers beyond the moment of transaction. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. The green lock and https in the address line during checkout is an indication that your browser has successfully established a secure connection with our site. What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. Participation entails that you agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. Currently, promotional e-mails from our stores average about one per week. All e-mails are sent through MailChimp and you may opt out at any time if you wish to no longer receive news from us.

Our goal is to process all orders within 2 business days of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed and shipped within the subsequent 2 business days. Should the product you ordered be out of stock in-store but obtainable from our distributor, fulfillment time will vary but would not exceed 4 business days.
Free Shipping Offers
Free shipping offers are valid for deliveries to the continental United States. These offers are not valid on deliveries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, International deliveries, Alaska, and Hawaii. Items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded the purchase price and any applicable taxes minus a restocking fee.
We provide tracking for nearly all orders as a complimentary service. Customers will receive tracking information of shipped orders directly by email from gamersgambit.com after your order has shipped. To track your order, simply click here or go to www.usps.com.
How long will it take to receive my order once it is shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. Depending on destination and shipping method, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
APO/FPO, P.O. Box and Alaska/Hawaii Addresses
All orders will be shipped via USPS only and the standard delivery time frames do not apply. Free Shipping offers do not apply. The cost for shipping is based on your order amount and will be added to your order upon shipment. To avoid delays and additional fees we suggest shipping your order to a physical address rather than a PO Box or APO/FPO. In some rare cases, there may be additional shipping charges. We will contact you before shipment to inform you of the additional cost.
We welcome overseas orders with shipping destinations via USPS. The cost for shipping is based on your order amount and will be added to your order upon shipment. Free Shipping Offers do not apply. In some cases, there may be additional shipping charges. We will contact you before shipment to inform you of the additional cost. If we are unable to fulfill an order from outside the US, we will make the necessary prompt refund via the payment method provided.
