Note on blind pull orders:

We cannot accept requests for specific figures. We cannot take returns on opened blind-packaged figures. You may receive duplicate or triplicate figures when ordering blind pull figures, as these are truly randomly selected blind-bagged figures.


You may return or exchange new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing material, documentation, and instructions and must be able to be resold. Please note you may incur shipping charges and an applicable restocking fee on returned orders. will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note you may be charged an applicable restocking fee on returned orders. Items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded the purchase price and any applicable taxes minus a restocking fee.

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days to process returns once they arrive at our store. Please fill out and include the Product Return Form when returning an item.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please indicate the item you are requesting on the Exchange Request section of the Product Return Form. Please return the item with the Product Return Form to the address listed at the bottom of this page. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and must include tracking to assure the safe return and receipt of the item.

Please note that while our goal is to expedite all returns and exchanges, it may take 7 to 10 business days to process the exchange once they arrive at our store.


Refunds are initiated after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (7 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Partial Refunds:

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

*  For items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery.
*  Any item that has obvious signs of use.
*  Any item not returned in the condition it was received.


If you received an item that was damaged in transit and need to exchange it for the same item, please email to request a replacement. You must report a damage claim within 5 business days of delivery; any damage claim after that point will not be replaced. It may take up to 7 business days to process the exchange once the item is returned to our store.
